White Rock is a 336-unit garden apartment community consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units ranging from 548 to 1,313 square feet. White Rock features a 4,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, business center, and community room with a full-service kitchen and billiards table. Exterior amenities include a resort style swimming pool with a waterfall and a large patio area. LAUNCH SITE White Rock residential units have nine-foot ceilings, walkout balconies, ceiling fans and fully equipped kitchens with built-in microwave ovens, ice makers and full-size washer/dryer connections. In selected units, fireplaces, computer desks and built-in shelves are available. Five of the buildings offer residents the convenience of attached garage parking as an alternative to the 70 carports available. White Rock’s total development costs were $24 million. The project was completed on schedule in 18 months and is now leased and stabilized.
