Community Spotlight

Element is a “Green Community” consisting of 123 townhomes located in Gulfport, Mississippi (Harrison County), the second largest city in Mississippi. Element is approximately 3-blocks north of the sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico in the West Gulfport area. Gulfport has a thriving and growing downtown community, level five schools, friendly neighborhoods and easy access to shopping and entertainment. Gulfport is a great place to live and raise a family.

Element’s Townhomes are 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom units with attached single car garages and covered porches, built using materials such as steel framing (which is recycled and recyclable) and blown-in insulation, along with “green” site design such as managed water runoff and designated green spaces.
