Intradel Corporation is a New Orleans based company, founded in 1993. The devastation inflicted on our communities by Hurricane Katrina affected our business, employees and families. This is our community, our heritage and our home, and we are committed to do our part to help in rebuilding these communities.

Intradel has a deep understanding of the Gulf Coast, as well as its political and social structures. Intradel plans to deliver innovative housing products that will not only enhance these communities, but will have a positive economic and social impact.

The Gulf Coast Region has unlimited opportunities to build and restore housing units. Coupled with the Gulf Opportunity Zone Act of 2005 (“GO Zone”) various incentives for constructing multifamily rental properties are available.
